Was reluctant to share this since my face is on here but this one stood out.
The title says it all.
I have changed 4 jobs in 16 years. Over 15.5 years of continues employment in the same sector with no breaks at all. Good references from all the places.
Will avoid going in to details but 2 changes were pretty much unavoidable geopolitically (1 - Covid ; 2 - War).
Out of all the “we decided to proceed with another candidate” this one hit differently because the role was perfectly aligned with my profile.
Anyhow, thought I would share.
