They always just say they had work ethic, and would always work no matter what.
When I was a teen, I also don’t remember a lot of my aunts/uncles complaining about their jobs at that time. Did they truly have a good work life balance and they had nothing to complain about?
Why is it that for us, I feel like 80% of people are overworked, underpaid, have a poor work-life balance, and are burning out.
Did the older generation just silently live like this, or did they have it better?
