This is mostly adhered to retail stores.
I’m a university student, and I have work experience in similar fields, I apply on indeed, I go in person to hand out resumes.
Yet days, weeks and months pass with nothing!!! I think one store replied back saying the spot has been taken but every other store is just crickets.
It’s genuinely annoying, and irritating.
If this is what’s it’s like for part time jobs, I can’t even imagine what it’s like when it comes to corporate jobs once I’m done with university.
