Stupid question i know, but I'm generally curious. I work in pest control and was treating a warehouse when I heard a commotion. I didn't hear much except for a manager chewing a guy out for misplacing an order of some sort. He yelled, called him names and then went to his office and slammed the door. The worker looked embarrassed and just walked away, shoulder slumped.
I thought it was very unprofessional. If there is an issue, don't make a scene. Don't put someone on blast. Just take them aside and talk to them. The fact a grown adult can't control his emotions is pathetic. I wish more people wouldn't tolerate that type of behavior.
