I use AI for explaining laws and city codes and for turning algorithms and concepts into code. It's incredibly good at those things, efficiency concerns aside. It seems safe to assume every job board is using LLM-based AI to parse resumes in 2026. So why are they so bad at reading a resume and turning it into a form-based profile? Why do we have to enter everything manually, or do heavy editing to fix what they misinterpret?
