I have applied to literally every job I even remotely qualify for, some that I even dont. Rejection, rejection, rejection.
I go in person and talk to them, I have tried the online applications. No matter what I do its either no call back or just rejection to my face. EVEN IF THEY HAVE HIRING SIGNS!!!
What is going on with jobs rn? Because everyone I know is also struggling apparently.
I have a college degree. But even the ones that look at that tell me I need further certifications that I cant afford. I dont know what to do at this point ðŸ˜.
