I started my new job on the first of this month so I have been through two pay cycles now. This job is 50k a year so that means my gross income per month would be $4,167.
Well, looking at my second paycheck today and it was the same as my first one: 1k gross. So basically I’ve only been paid less than half of my income for the month. I’m going to see what happens on the next pay day and just hope that this is not a recurring problem, but what should I do about this and isn’t this illegal?
