I know this is a common complaint. But I need to vent.
I applied for a job, which had me submit my Resume. The recruiter called me for a phone interview and said she had gone through my resume. We set up a second in-person interview. It is with her again and not another person from the company. In her e-mail with the second interview details, she put for me to re-send my resume again and to also fill out a form she attached to the email. The form? An application for the company that is asking for all the information on my resume....that they will be getting twice now. And now three times because of this.
It feels so damn useless and like a waste of applicants' time. ðŸ«
