Made some mistakes regarding performance and my boss said to resign and that they’ll take me back when they open again in December or so and start all over again (interview, drug test) my gut is saying this is bull and just a way to convince me to resign since I’ve been working for a near year here, what do y’all think
(This is my first job so I’m really nervous)
