I work full time as a teacher and am looking to change careers. Having said that, its my current source of income and insurance. I cannot interview 3-4 times a week during the school day and burn up all my sick time (as I've been doing) or take those hours unpaid. My question is this: would you consider it a red flag if an employer will not schedule you at a convenient time (like 2:30PM instead of 10AM)? Or am I the red flag for wanting the employer to accommodate me?
