We all discuss how rough the market is in our field, how we're either under or overqualified for the stuff we want, how we come across postings that are probably for preferred candidates and not real...I know a lot of people here agree and concur

But I keep coming back to this fear that the market is actually fine and it's a personal problem. We're not all just crazy and hard to please, right? I mean no offense here — just trying to reflect on myself and hold myself accountable where I can...
