Started a new job and I feel like Im ruffling feathers....

So Im going into my 4th week at this new job where within the 1st week it was announced that I was going to be team lead. My team is fairly small but we work together with other teams to make sure the overall objectives are met.

There are multiple Teams chats where people will provide updates on things like if there is maintenance going on (updates, patching), outages, etc. and I've at times asked questions on there like "why are we doin this or that" or "whose area or responsibility is this" questions of this nature and multiple times co-workers, not managers or any leadership, have jokingly made comments like "man, youre doing too much" or "dont bring attention to this team or that team" type comments usually in person, but also direct messages. Hell, they've even said I should remove comments and I did.

Fast forward to yesterday while we were working that was a huge blip in the network that interrupted service for a good 2-3min and in IT thats a major thing especially during business hours and unscheduled. So in one of the Teams chats a co-worker puts a message for everyone to see that "XYZ system has been updated blah blah blah" I then go in that same chat "Oh, is that what that network blip was?" A person on my team who is under me then direct messages me along the lines once again "why you trying to bring attention, youre doin too much, we have done things here a certain way for this amount of time, etc..." I responded to them more direct and assertive than I have in the past why they shouldnt be doin system patching or updates during these hours, that depending on how far and wide that network blip was and at a minimum, it probably interrupted executives meetings and we may hear about it, things if this nature..."

I guess my concern is, should I voice these things to my manager/team lead what these co-workers have been saying without naming names? Should I be concerned that they may not want to work with or for me in the future since I ask questions and vocalize my concerns? Do you think they would try to intentionally sabotage me and get me fired? I always have and continue to not trust anyone I work with because I know anyone will throw anyone else under the bus to save their own ass. But I'm just trying to figure out how to navigate this situation. Im not one at all to stand by without saying something and letting my name or my work get drug through the mud because to a regular worker using the network, they wouldnt know what the cause of that outage was and 9 times outta ten theyre going to blame my team when it wasnt our fault. So what do you bfellow redditors think?
