Okay so i got a sign on bonus for a hospital job that was $3,000. I got $1,500 when i first got hired and i ended up having to quit my job 4 months in due to medical reasons. They just sent me this in the mail and they didn’t send anything else at all. just this paper with no other information on it. Do i have to pay back the money? I have no problem doing it. I just need to know if what they’re asking in the paper is getting their money back because i never had a sign on bonus until this, so I’m just confused.
