Hi, I’m (19F )and have been working at my current job since May. I make $20 an hour and work around 30 hours a week. It’s a relatively easy job, I get paid weekly and it’s convenient because I work with family.
Recently everyone on the other shift got fired and we got new management. Since then things have become more stressful and I’m honestly over it.
The problem is that I know I have a good setup especially for my age and I’m scared I won’t find another job that pays this well without being stressful.
Should I stick it out because the pay is good or start looking for something else? I don’t want to quit and regret it but I’m tired of being unhappy at work.
