(f22) had been working there for the past 4 years and just had enough with management and work environment. planned out a resignation for a month but struggled so much hitting send on the resignation email just now. i’m just so anxious for my managers reaction and questions about this because i just don’t want to explain myself and its just awkward. i’m a massive people pleaser and have anxiety over everything, so it would be nice to hear some supportive words. 😢
