Don’t know if this is allowed here. I have a Masters degree and 2-3 years experience and has been applying for jobs for the past few months.
I lost track at one point maybe 400-500. Last couple of months I had been applying for jobs through LinkedIn and trying to connect with the people and show my interest. Till now none of these strategies seems to be working. Don’t know what else to do at this point. I only got 2 interviews so far. I haven’t heard back from them, it’s been 3-4 weeks and I followed up they said they need more time decision hasn’t made. I am in tech and it’s so difficult to find jobs with 2-3 years experience. Don’t know what else to do at this point other than just continue what I am doing hoping one day I will connect with someone and I get a job.
