Since I’ve started intensely job searching, I’ve realized I should’ve gone into healthcare. It feels like almost half of the job postings in my state are for healthcare, while everything else is either retail, sales, or white-collar jobs that want like 7 years of experience minimum.
As a new graduate, it feels like every job in my field wants at least 3 years of experience, while I see nursing positions specifically looking for new grads.
