I worked at an agency as a contractor for a few months. I started disagreeing with how management was handling things, and the final nail in the coffin was that they essentially demoted me to a different position because they needed coverage and got rid of my desk and gave it to someone else.
I was mad and felt undervalued and reacted a bit with my ego and decided to quit.
Now I instantly started regretting my decision when reality set in, i am beginning how badly i fucked up and am feeling incredibly depressed.
I keep reading stories about how bad the job market is and its scaring me.
