Seriously, can websites PLEASE stop this? This is mostly just a vent on my part. As someone who is severely struggling to find a job, and who has put in probably hundreds of apps over the last 1.2 years, it is EXTREMELY ANNOYING when I upload my resume and the website attempts to "import" the resume data, and it *ALWAYS* fails. It's never ONCE worked for me. So I have to end up fixing it anyway.
There has been a few times where I've missed something that needed to be fixed, because it put data in a weird field. Usually not a big deal if I miss it, but it's really annoying. If I'm going to have to type it/fix it manually ANYWAY, I'd rather just do so from scratch.
Anyone else had this issue? I don't see anyone else complaining about it, but it's actually insanely annoying.
