I’m currently interviewing with PayPal and wanted to hear from people who either work there now or recently left.
Over the past few months, I’ve seen a lot of headlines about the company, multiple CEO changes over the last few years, rumors earlier this year about Stripe potentially acquiring PayPal, news of laying off 20 percent of employees, another big reorg, and several senior leaders leaving.
Would appreciate any honest perspectives on what things are actually like internally right now, culture, leadership, direction of the company, morale, etc.
