Im in the marketing team of 2 and it's a software development company. There is so less work.This has been like this ever since i joined the company. We have to maintain our in-time; 9 hours. But its like my work gets over in 1-2 hours. The whole time I'm just sitting idle. Its so frustrating and i start overthinking. I feel like since there is no work, the Ceo could fire me anytime. I also feel like I'm just wasting my youth sitting in a cubicle and not learning anything. Doing course is fine but how long can i continue doing the course in a day and overtime.
Its been almost a year. I want to switch job but i feel it would look bad in the resume. This is my second job. In the first job i stayed for 10 months. And in this company almost a year.
What do yall suggest??
