Hi, as the title say, the new hire my boss recently employed is really trying to steal all my hours.
The person in question will look at my hours, ask me if I can give some to her, ask if I can cut some of mine so they can come in earlier.
Now I see that the person got the day I normally work, whilst I don’t even know how many hours I will get. I litteraly only need 20-25 hours a week, still, the person try and get them all.
They hired this worker to help with Christmas at first and help fill the gaps, now they try to take all the space. Trying to push all the others out and insist they need more hours.
I’m starting to get really, really irritated, because I’ve been clear, I need those hours, and I’m scared my boss won’t have enough hours left for me.
