I am looking for some professional guidance and would like to talk to a professional. Does anyone have recommendations for career coaches?
For context I work in corporate finance doing FP&A and I have been at manager level for a while but I would like to move to senior manager or director without going back for another degree or MBA. Feedback keeps coming back as need more business acumen or partnership skills even though I work closely with the business units already.
