I dont know what's going on right now with this economy but the job market is in shambles. Its been 5 months since I quit my previous job and I cant seem to get a single interview. Im looking for customer service or IT Support roles but its always been rejections. Also its even harder to find jobs. LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc I see same the job roles available everyday but it's either a scam or a 'easy apply'. Most of the jobs I do find dont match the resumes I have. Ive tried saying the truth on my resumes and tried lying on my resumes but nothing worked. Even jobs like Walmart/Sam's Club, or McDonald's for crying out loud. Apply to jobs is not easy anymore. I see the same jobs on these job site but nothing different. Is there a trick im missing because nothing is going right as of this moment. What would you do to get a job?
