I hate corporate lingo. I hate micromanaging. I hate managers that claim not to micromanage but really do.
I have such low tolerance for BS anymore. But I can't keep changing jobs like people change clothes.
I know I'm the problem. I just want to go to work, do my job, not have to participate in the dumb "team" crap. My manager said "you just want to stay in your own little bubble". Well, duh lady.
I really thought accounting work would be more independent.
I do not remember the corporate world being so toxic. Not that it's never had major issues, it just seems like its getting worse. And in different ways. The "team" culture seems to almost used as a weapon.
Or am I just a crabby old lady now?
