My wife's family offered an office job in their family business but i am hesitant to accept. They've been dropping hints that there's an open spot for quite a while now but i've always considered it a bad idea as working with family doesnt seem like the best idea for me or for them.
My current job isnt flashy but it pays the bills, the salary wont be more than what i currently get but i'll work a normal work week(mon-friday, 8 hours a day) and get some performance bonuses depending on how i do. Compared to my current job (10 hours a day, 3 days on, 2 days off).
God forbid something goes wrong with our relationship, then i'll truly be f*cked.
Need some advice.
