Is this a normal question on a job application?

I applied for this company and fully pressed submit and then it said “missing information,” when I clicked it prompted me with this question. Is this a normal question on a job application? It’s been a while since I filled them out. I don’t see how it’s related to the position.

Edit edit to add: this seems pretty common place based on your feedback, thanks! It’s just a little unnerving given current events. For context, I have not needed to fill out an application in about 12 years.
