Im struggling to find a job, need advice

Hi! Never really thought I’d get vulnerable on reddit but I really need some advice! I’m 16, becoming 17 next year in February. When I was younger, I really was too naive to really understand how much bills cost and how my parents constantly struggle. We’re a family of 6. My mom and dad. My three other siblings. Finally being in the age range where I can get a job, I’m just struggling. I’ve gotten over 20+ rejections and it’s a completely confidence killer. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I don’t know if I’m just not smart enough.

Please send some advice, constructive criticism on my resume is definitely appreciated. Thank you.

(Edit: Genuinely not trying to vent, but just adding to my desperation honestly😭 my mom constantly tells me that I don’t need to find a job and we’re fine. However, I’ve seen her constantly requesting loans for debt and it’s hard to just sit back and watch while I rack up that money—for clothes, makeup, hair cuts, etc. I’m not an outgoing person, I don’t participate in school enough for multiple things to be on my resume and I’ve constantly resented myself for that.)
