I try to push myself to send 10 highly tailored resumes to each job everyday, and I am beyond sick and tired of it. It’s beyond painful creating a new resume to each job I apply to and I absolutely despite it/dread it.
For those who are saying just mass apply, yeah I have done that and it doesn’t work. I have been unemployed for a year now.
The only time I got asked for few interview requests was when I did the highly tailored approach. How do you all do this? How do you just keep going and not hate every minute of it?
I don’t know if I have low patience but creating a new resume for each job is a very painful process for me.
