If AI keeps taking simple jobs, how will we find work?

I've been thinking a lot about work lately. I keep reading news and hearing from people I know about companies stopping new job openings, outsourcing work to other countries for lower pay, or letting AI do the work instead. It feels like things are changing fast.

I am looking for work right now. I try many tools: the big sites like LinkedIn and Indeed, and also groups where people help each other find jobs. I even tried new AI-powered tools like Adzuna, Jooble, Humaboam, and Authentic Jobs to do better. But the truth is, even with all these helpers, finding work is very hard.

If getting a first job or a learning job is this hard now, what will happen later when AI replaces even more roles? How will normal people with little work history or school get by when AI and world hiring make it harder every day?
