I work in tech and the market is insanely bad right now so I applied to every digital role I could that was somewhat in my field. In the interview they said they have a graphic design team that I could work towards. I joined last week and the design team is not for graphic design at all. My tasks are all back end and a whole bunch of admin. Low pay, 2hr commute one way and office only. I know I’m supposed to be grateful that I got a job in this economy but I just feel like I won’t be happy working here. I left my previous job due to a career switch (Sales) as I was in a completely different field and knew what I wanted to do, so I studied and was unemployed for 2 years and worked in that sales role for 4 years. So ik how it feels to tough out a job u hate. Im on a 90 day trial period, can I just quit if I get another offer or do I need to wait two weeks.
When I apply for new jobs, do I put in this company on my cv or do I leave it out?
