Crazy Story for everyone who sees this post
This fucking company is a joke but I did make a big mistake that was my fault. First of they write you up if you call out and can’t find coverage. And then my manager told me that I wasn’t allowed to go to my car on my 30 minute breaks I had to stay in the store like wtf I never heard of a policy like that before. So today it was my first day and apparently my manager didn’t think I was fast enough as I was hired as a facility associate. He told me while I was stocking coolers that I need to move faster because the busy season is approaching dude it’s my first day holy shit. And the part why I quit is because my manager had me mop the public bathrooms ok no problem but I made the mistake of filling up the bucket with to much water and it overflowed to the sales floor. I told my manager and the first thing he says to me is “Your Lazy that’s your problem.” After that I had no words to say so I told him that was unacceptable and I’m out of here. What a joke of a company that doesn’t care about their employee Don’t Work at Wawa it will make you so miserable.
