Have you ever walked into an interview and taken a note of the type of people that are working there and think to yourself, yeah I’m totally not getting this job.
I’ve had a few times in my life where I look around and noticed that everyone that works there is young skinny, and blond… and here I am average looking brunet and a little overweight….
I think they passed over my interview because of it. Has anybody else felt like this?
