During my interview, the company offered me the position of service engineer/ technician. That would mean i would perform inspections and services around europe with additional pay when i am away.
It's been 4 months and I've been to only one as an assistant without any additional pay. I am stuck at the office doing emails and other non relevant things with my contract while other technicians are working frequently.
What should I do. I wrote my complaint during my 3rd month onboarding feedback.
