I genuinely think this might help people here

The job market right now: 5-7 round interviews ending in ghosting. Verbal offers that turn into lower written ones. Jobs reposted days after you get rejected. None of it is logged anywhere that actually helps the next person.

I put together candidatelog.com. Three things that make it different from Glassdoor or just venting on Reddit:

  • Your review is tied to the specific job posting, not the company in general. So whoever applies for that exact role next sees what happened.
  • Verified company reps connected to that posting can reply and dispute what you wrote. Two-way, not onesided.
  • Companies get rated based on their ghosting rate, good and bad. Hall of shame AND hall of decent.

The point is accountability. Companies quietly track us after every interview. There has to be something on our side too.

If this seems useful, log a bad experience. If it doesn't, tell me why feedback helps more than silence.
