I used to think people were exaggerating when they said a photo could change how your profile feels but I kind of get it now.
I had a blurry cropped wedding pic on my profile for way too long then swapped it for a cleaner linkedin headshot and suddenly my page looked way less thrown together.
Not saying it magically got me hired but I did notice more recruiter messages and a couple people actually replied after ghosting me before. Curious if anyone else has had a before and after moment with their profile pic or if this is all in my head.
