I left my last job around August of last year it was my first real job I was there around 2 years, to keep it short it wasn’t a fit for me, I didn’t enjoy the location, or my coworkers/ upper management. I have a small side hustle I really enjoy doing and it pays enough to be able to not have to work a career job. But with some personal life changes I want to go back into a more stable job with benefits etc. Each interview they ask why I left and I usually say something along the lines of it wasn’t a good fit, I took time off to decide what I wanted to do things like that. Everytime I can tell they don’t like the answer and I end up not getting it. Is there a good standard answer for this question? I feel saying I didn’t like the location or I have a side gig isn’t a good idea but I’m not sure what else to say
