So I have a co- worker named C. She reported co- worker J for something that resulted in J being put on administrative leave. C was told by direct supervisor not to tell anyone the details of J’s absence as it is now an HR matter. However, C is a well known gossip and told multiple people, including me. This got back to the supervisor who called us in one at a time to find out what we were told. On Friday, C showed me an email from our supervisor stating that they needed to have a meeting and that it may lead to disciplinary action so that she’s entitled to union representation at the meeting. What is likely to happen here?
