Was working for a commercial company for a warehouse and got fired on my second day for “not being a good fit” there’s more to it I just know they decided they didn’t want another person as I did nothing wrong but yeah that’s my last post
Had an interview for this place I’ve been wanting to start off at for a long time. I am in the union and have talked with this company before but things just fell through and I was able to get in touch with the lady again (super old business owners very nice people) I went in for a interview and it was great I told them how I have one month of hvac school left, talked about some things I’ve learned, etc. it went great I told them how I want to learn a lot and grow with the company and asked them where they want me to be in 5 years if I do indeed get hired and liked the response. I was upfront and honest saying I do not know too much and this is my first job and I like the history of the company they have been around for a very long time and I feel like it would be a great place for me to learn. They also like that I’m a local kid and found out we only live 8 minutes away from each other.
I told them I finish school in October and if it would be okay if I start the first Monday of October since I will be done with school and they said that would not be a problem. Thanked them for my time today and it went really well! Hoping I get this and can finally start my new career after a terrible first experience I can’t even explain 🙏
