So I applied at this hospital in the Midwest last year and I constantly got rejected. Did get an offer back in the day for $16 an hour. But I have 14 years of medical experience so I was expecting more. Applied again and managed to email one of the talent managers and not only did I get in but I got what I’m worth as well and I don’t have to work in the ER. So don’t give up. It took I think I applied for 20 different positions with a bite from 3. The fourth was the sweet spot.
