Hello. Today i got fired bc yesterday i left work when my shift ended. And manager said “u should ve stayed in the office” i said my shift ended at 4pm and i finished all my work. And he was like “but everyone stayed in the office until 7pm and we don’t think you’re a good fit for the team and we have to terminate you today” and i left. Thoughts?
P s i didn’t have approved overtime so they expected me to stay off clock. All other people salary and i was hourly.
