Got my rejection letter today after a final round. I’m a new grad with some experience, and over the past four months I’ve gone through two final rounds, one hiring manager round, one HR round, and one HireVue so far. none converted into offers.
I actually got a new interview request today at the same time I received the rejection letter from my last final-round interview. Honestly, I feel pretty discouraged now, to the point where I don’t even feel motivated for the interview on Wednesday.
How do you guys deal with the disappointment from all these rejections?
I’ll admit that I became emotionally attached to the position I was rejected from. I really thought it was finally over and that I had made it, until another rejection letter came in.
