Feel like I've cocked up my life
I'm 23 and about to start the fourth year of an integrated master's in chemistry (UK)
I have no internships, no placement year, no work experience, and I haven't even started looking at graduate schemes (not that there are many available for chemistry, and I wouldn't stand a chance of securing one even if there were).
I'm on track for a 2:1, and I might be able to scrape a first if I really lock in this year. I just feel hopeless; the current job market is so competitive, and I have absolutely nothing going for me on my CV.
My friends have placements and previous work experience, whilst I have absolutely nothing AND am 2 years their senior. I feel like I've cocked up my life already and I won't be able to get a job post graduation.
