I have only been here a few months, and in that time 4 people have already quit. When I was interviewed, the manager talked the place up and said how great it is and how everyone stays there a long time. One of the people leaving is the one who’s been there the longest, almost 10 years. They quit and said they have no backup plan but are going to figure out where to go from there. After they quit it seems like it started a ripple effect and more people followed.
Should I start looking too? I don’t like the job to begin with, but this many people doesn’t look good at all.
