I got an offer for a new job today, however in the interview they asked if I have a mature drivers license, I said yes but I don’t. A drivers license is not really required for this job but in case of emergency which could happen maybe once a year, they might need me to drive somewhere. The problem is that I do not have my mature license yet. I have the junior license and my drivers test in in two weeks. I have been practicing for months for this test. What can I do. I got fired from my old job 2 days after I started and I am in a threat of going homeless if I do not find something doing soon
I have submitted my resume in over 20 locations this week and I was only able to get a part time role in a social work type of degree. Should I come clean to the job or I should just not send in my drivers license ?
Edit: I have decided to tell my manager about it
I will ask to speak with her and tell her my plans
I’ll let you know if I become homeless by the end of the month lol
