In your opinion, do you think it’s fair for someone to be fired without warning? For example, if someone has a habit of coming in late or calling out, should the boss warn them or does the boss not owe the employee anything and is entitled to fire them? I’m not talking legally, I’m talking about your own personal opinions.
Edit: Guys, I didn’t get fired without warning. I did not get fired at all 💀 I was wondering because a lot of people at my job are always calling out of work and I was curious what others thought.
