Hi, I've been an intern at this company for about 6 months and i have this problem with my fellow intern. sadly the company is flaring up a some sort of competition between trainees.
My problem is this fellow intern always do somethings scetchy behind my back e.g if someone assigned us both a task they wouldn't tell me and just do it behind my back and show it off as if i didn't contributed !
always lying to me about work stuff and they always catch them selves with their lies.
and my biggest problem is in team meetings with top management they'll always overtalk me! and tell top management things we've worked on both "i did, i developed".
i'm new to corporate life and it's frustrating me more to deal with this person rather than focusing on my actual internship program and career enhancement.
what should i do to deal with this situation any advice would totally help.
