RN of 7 years NEW YORK—resigned from current job for many reasons but most importantly the lack of flexibility with me decreasing weekly hours and/or allowing more PTO
Full time-37.5 hr work week:
114.5 hrs or 15 Days PTO total (no sick, no vacation, just one bank of PTO.)
Is that considered to be really generous time off policy? Never quit a job like this before but I’m just fucking exhausted

EDIT: I have been a nurse 7 years but worked at this place for 3 of them. You get another 5 days total PTO bank after ten years service. Get off 5 holidays a year.
