having to read between the lines and figure out what your bosses are actually telling you is exhausting, I have enough trouble with social cues as it is so I'd much rather people just be up front and tell it how it is even if it pisses me off, having to do the whole song and dance even when job hunting is just so draining, I get companies have to cover their asses but is it really so hard to just be a genuine person? I just feel like an actor living a fake life when I have anything to do with a job
