Confirmation of what we all thought. A recruiter reaches out to me about a role she is filling and said she thought I would be a good fit. Mind you I had worked with her before on a role I didn't get. But the job she thought was a good fit for me was a job I applied for a month ago and never heard back. I responded to her email and said that I had in fact already applied for that role and was still interested. She emailed the next day apologizing and said she had my application. Screener call next week, but had we not previously worked together I don't know that my application would have been seen. Sigh!
